Sean Nicholson Clay ships within Australia.
Shipping costs have been included in all of our products. However, the rate may increase if you are located within a remote Australian region. Feel free to make an enquiry with our team to discuss your shipping rate before purchasing.
We take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship. Your Hand-thrown ceramic piece is high fired to 1280 degrees Celsius and is therefore very strong and durable.
Please note that all pottery is handmade and therefore there will be slight differences between all items produced.
Sean Nicholson Clay accepts no responsibility for filters. Issues with Doulton filters can be addressed to https://doulton.com/
However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your pottery purchase, we do accept returns under the following parameters. If you have questions, please email us at info@seannicholsonclay.au
- Returns must be in new condition with no signs of use or wear.
- Returns must be brought to our store or mailed back to us within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you.
- Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, email order confirmation).
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Any items that are damaged from use or general wear and tear are not returnable. All items must be returned in new condition.
OUR SHIPPING GUARANTEE: We are happy to replace items that were damaged in shipping with the following parameters:
- Please email info@seannicholsonclay.au
- within 24 hours of receiving your damaged order so we can initiate your replacement.
- Take photos of the damaged item(s) as well as the box and packaging, and email them to us at info@seannicholsonclay.au
NOTE: Sean Nicholson Clay is not responsible for any damage that occurs from return shipping. We strongly encourage you to pack return items very well.
